What Is Her Journey?
A bi-weekly women's psychoeducation and peer support cohort for women navigating trauma, loss, transition, and the everyday weight of life in a demanding world.
It is not a support group in the traditional sense. It is a structured, facilitated journey — with curriculum, community, and care — that helps women move from surviving to genuinely thriving.
Every session creates space for honest storytelling, practical learning, and the kind of sisterhood that reminds you: you were never meant to carry this alone.
"Open to women of all ages, backgrounds, and faith traditions."
